Upon previous agreement you can choose „local pickup“ option. This means meeting on a certain place (usually in Brno) with the Seller where handing over of the goods will happen. This never happens in the the business premises.

Carrier
The main contractual carrier is Czech Post (Česká pošta)
The delivery of the package follows the rules of your local post office, so follow their instruction regarding the delivery; especially how long the package can be deposited at your local post office before it´s sent back.
We carry no no responsibility for undelivered packages.
Dispatching the packages
We usually dispatch the packages within three working days. However, for packages heading outside EU, this will take longer. We need to fill in documents for Czech Customs Administration and have them authorized by the Customs office, otherwise the carrier won´t accept the package. This may take up to 10 working days.
