Customizing/Custom-made products

In general – yes (for a small fee) but it always depends on the product. 

Regarding leather goods – yes, we can add some design, text, change color, size or maybe even shape. It´s not a problem to make new product with your customization.

Regarding drinking horns, this becomes a bit more difficult.

As long there is empty place on the horn and you want your initials or a simple design engraved, it´s fine. But we don´t do any big changes to the horns.

Regarding leather goods, yes. Leather is easily customizable so we can create any small leather accesoires or bags which are similar to what we normally offer. 

We don´t often make custom-made carved drinking horns. The process of designing the horn is difficult due to it´s shape and unlike leather, we don´t have to posess the exact drinking horn you´d like. However, if your design is simple enough to fit (name, symbol, etc.), or interesting enough to spend days on, we might (might!) come to an agreement. We have to warn you, though, the price grows a lot with difficulty of the pattern. From some point, the time spent designing the horn exceeds the actual making of the engraving, and you have to pay that extra.

Payment and Shipping

We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. We have been forced to remove certain countries from the shipping list.

Regarding the exact cost, the easiest way of checking shipping costs is through placing the items of your choosing in the basket and then proceeding to the Checkout. There you can see what the shipping ends up costing.

We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover, Diners Club, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and American Express. You can find more info on the payment gate Stripe.

You can pay via Google Pay or Apple Pay.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting PayPal as payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log in’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our store.

Complaints Handling Periods

The long periods described in the Terms & Conditions are the maximum time that it may take. We usually reply within hours and resolving a complaint usually takes a week or two (depending on the speed of delivery of course).

However, we are a small family workshop and there is currently only one person (Aly) who handles the packaging, deliveries, complaints and also does most of the crafting. Mefisto is helping, but he still has to retain his full time job.

So the long handling periods are just an insurance that we don´t break the Terms. We certainly don´t mean to lengthen any disputes or withhold your money on our account.

Also, we sometimes take a holiday to recharge our batteries and gain inspiration 🙂

 

 

We always publish it on the website so it´s clearly visible for every customer. We also add the date on which we will send out the shipments.
