About Aly
Hello 🙂 I´m called Aly. I´m thirty-something years old and I’m a self-taught crafter from the Czech Republic, and I have been focused on the nordic paganism for last five years.
Regarding my pagan journey, I work with Elder Futhark and I enjoy creating bindrunes. I´m interested in nordic and celtic mythology and use my knowledge in art and crafting. But my pagan interests reach far beyond that: I tried shamanic journeys, participated in rituals in nature (or led them) and have some hard-to-believe experiences.

In a small group of ten-or-so similarly-minded people, we celebrate the holidays of the Wheel of the Year. Not all of as are nordic pagans, though – we combine celtic, slavic and nordic aspects of paganism. We are also part of a bigger pagan community in city of Brno.

Besides crafting, I love to walk in the forest, draw and I do fireshows in my free time. I also love swimming, snowboarding, horse riding and reading books, but there´s never enough time to do all of that.
I also share some hobbies with my beloved husband, Mefisto. I mean, besides crafting, hiking, nature and paganism. We passionate motocycle riders. We each have a chopper and love traveling Europe. My longest trip was actually our honeymoon, the most epic journey from Czech Republic to Finland and back. You wouldn´t believe how many adventures we had during this 5000 km long trip.
We also share love for cats. We have four of them – two bengal and two russian blue cats. And you don´t get bored with four cats as crazy as these. Never.
My biggest inspiration regarding life journey are youtubers like Jonna Jinton or Kalle Flodin. They show us that it´s possible to make our living by doing what we love if we try hard enough. I have a degree in economy and have been working from 9 to 5 (plus another 5 hours overtime some days) for long seven years. But I decided for a different path and started this e-shop, hoping that you´ll like our products and help us to make a living out of it.
My dream is to build a workshop in countryside where I can master our craft, start a family and get old and fat at the side of my dearest husband.
